Olivia Burkland

My probate and trust administration practice focuses on assisting family members and professionals with the proper execution of my client’s estate plan. This may include aspects of family counseling, tax planning, or even drafting agreements to correct mistakes. My estate planning practice includes documents such as Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, and Planned Giving. When planning is done with care and commitment it will be helpful for yourself and those around you at a very difficult time.

I enjoy giving back to my community by volunteering with local non-profits, being walked by my dog, and tasting all the food and drink Bellingham has to offer.
