Depending on your circumstances, I offer a flat fee, an hourly rate, or a combination of both. I keep detailed logs of all time spent on your case and round down to fifteen minute increments. Final bills will include costs for filing, recording, messengers, and third-party research tools. Fee deposits must be paid upfront.
